Fortune Most Powerful Women: Best Practices for Boards

I joined Pattie Sellers, Co-founder of Fortune MPW, and a seasoned group of executives, for a panel on Boards at the Fortune Most Powerful Women NextGen Summit. Serving as Treasurer and Board Member of PL+US (Paid Leave for the United States) has been one of my most edifying roles over the past several years. This panel, which focused on identifying concrete recommendations to securing more women’s leadership on boards, had the additional benefit of letting me reflect on my own recent learnings.
